Hannah was part of a big trapping project at a hoarder house in Philadelphia. The situation was completely out of control with cats and kittens everywhere but a couple independent trappers tackled the job, in which approximately 40 cats were trapped! Our group agreed to take Hannah, who was one of cats trapped, along with her six kittens. Sadly, Hannah was really just a malnourished kitten herself and should have never have been a mom cat. She had a really hard time caring for her kittens and ultimately, only two of them survived. Hannah’s health has improved tremendously and she is slowly putting on some much needed weight. She is a submissive little girl and clearly had a rough time getting her share of food. She is still very anxious around other cats and even gets nervous with people. However, we are committed to getting her fully healthy and helping her find a forever home! Hannah is a great reminder of how important is to help provide people with the resources they need to get their cats fixed before the situation gets out of control and more cats suffer.
