We're excited to announce a new fundraising partnership with Bargain Thrift Center in Germantown! From now through September, every pound of donated clothing, household goods, and other essentials earns money for The Cat Collaborative — funding sterilization, medical care, and resources for homeless cats in our community.

This is a win-win-win: you get to clear out your closets, basement, garage, or attic. Bargain Thrift Center gets to keep providing affordable clothing and household goods to the community. And The Cat Collaborative gets funding to help more cats get spayed, neutered, and the medical care they need.

Donating is easy:

• Drop donations directly at Bargain Thrift Center in Germantown, or
• Drop them at The Cat Collaborative Arsenal, and we'll deliver them on our weekly runs

What's accepted:
Clothes, shoes, accessories, linens, toys & games, housewares, decor, electronics, appliances, craft supplies, office supplies, garden decor, pet accessories, CDs/DVDs/vinyl, books, jewelry, small furniture, and vintage items. Basically — most anything clean, in good condition, with all its parts.

What's not accepted:
Hazmat, flammables, aerosol cans, large furniture, car seats, strollers, cribs, medical supplies, expired cosmetics, automotive material, and construction material. Also please skip anything moldy, mildewy, smelly, wet, smoke-damaged, broken, or missing parts.
